I – Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via CTT – Portuguese Registered Mail. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 48 hours of confirming the payment, unless we are closed for holidays, or otherwise stated on the website. Qual Albatroz operates a fixed cost postage price for each item, depending on the destination: 2 € for Portugal, 5 € for Europe and 10 € for the rest of the world. If for any reason you should not receive your order, please contact us at [email protected] or call the office number (+351) 91 731 7022 and we will do everything we can to either reimburse you or provide you with the same item/s again.

All shipments include a tracking number to allow you to monitor your order at all times! If you require a courier service please enquire via [email protected] for a quote – but please be warned these services are very expensive.

II – Privacy & Security

We do not share any information with third parties. Qual Albatroz does not store credit card and all transmissions of sensitive data are made with a secure encrypted connection. Our website uses some cookies that collect anonymous traffic data and information which allows for the operations of our online store. You can read about them in our privacy policy.

III – Returns & Replacements

Because at Qual Albatroz we do our very best to ensure that your order is safely and securely packaged, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages that result from the mail service that we use. Nevertheless, if you find that you are being ill-treated, please contact us and we will see what we can do. We strive to keep our customers happy.

IV – The nature of hand made/hand printed goods

All of the products contained in the ‘Art on Paper’ section of the website, or otherwise described as ‘hand made’- are subject to minor discrepancies in color, registration and consistency. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that our prints and other handmade goods are as well conceived as possible, the nature of the hand made process means that minor defects are not an exception, but otherwise something inherent to the manual process.

In buying such goods you acknowledge the above and that there will be slight variations in the run (print or otherwise) of a single product. We will not accept returns of any of these goods on the basis that they are defective or do not exactly match the image on the website.


Please note that these are our recommendations for receiving your parcels on time, we are not and cannot be held responsible for any strike action or other unforseen circumstances (extreme weather, Icelandic volcanoes going off, etc.) leading to post arriving late.
